The image has been digitally altered. A nearly identical image posted in January 2020 shows Kid Rock with the same hat, posture and facial expression but with a different message on his shirt.

Image is altered to show Kid Rock wearing anti-Biden shirt

Kid Rock has been an outspoken supporter of conservative causes and Republican candidates, endorsing former President Donald Trump during his political campaigns, criticizing Biden and other Democrats and even fabricating a campaign for a U.S. Senate seat as part of an album and concert tour promotion.

But the musician did not pose for a photograph with Trump Jr. while wearing an anti-Biden T-shirt. The image in the Instagram post has been altered to make it appear as if he did.

Fact check: No, Pabst did not give Kid Rock $1 billion deal; claim is 'stolen satire'

A nearly identical image was posted to Instagram by Trump Jr. on Jan. 3, 2020, at the Trump International Golf Club in Palm Beach, Florida. It shows Trump and Kid Rock posing together, and the musician is wearing the same hat with the same posture and expression on his face. Trump Jr. is dressed identically and points at Kid Rock in both images.

In the original image, the musician wears a T-shirt that mocks a different Democrat – California Rep. Adam Schiff. When the photo was taken, the congressman was leading the prosecution of Trump in his first impeachment trial.

The post’s caption directs readers to a link where they may purchase the anti-Biden shirt.
