Updates from Councilmembers serving on outside boards and commissions - Amarillo Local Government Corporation, Convention and Visitors Bureau; Discuss Comprehensive Plan Update; and request future agenda items and reports from City Manager; second and final reading of an ordinance designating certain areas of the City as Reinvestment Zone No. 19 for commercial and industrial tax abatement - approximately 20.70 acres in the vicinity of S.
