The City Council may discuss numerous related topics such as public safety, infrastructure, development, community services, parks and recreation, water resources, public works, finance, council pillars, strategic plans, legislative agendas, policies and procedures, and other matters related to the Charter and governance and ends policy discussion. The City Council may give staff direction and reach broad consensus on governance and ends policy and Charter topics, but no final decision or vote will occur.
