Amarillo police investigate crash between school bus, Dodge Charger on Friday
The Amarillo Police Department was working a crash involving a school bus on Friday, with no injuries reported.
Amarillo officers were called to the 1000 block of north Arthur Street just before noon for reports of a crash involving a school bus, according to police.
A white Dodge Charger had been eastbound on northeast 11th Avenue when a school bus was southbound on Arthur Street. The driver of the Charger ran a stop sign, striking the bus, police said. The collision caused the bus to run through a fence into the front yard of a residence in the 1000 block of north Arthur.
There were no major injuries reported from the incident.
