Amber Alert discontinued for missing 2-year-old Beaumont, Texas boy found safe

An Amber Alert was canceled Thursday for a 2-year-old Beaumont boy who had disappeared Wednesday morning.

“Braylon (Harris) has been located and is safe,” the Beaumont Police Department posted on social media around 9:30 a.m.

Authorities are still wanting to speak with Georgianna Randall, 29, in connection with this incident, the post said.

Braylon had been last seen in the 1900 block of College Street in Beaumont around 11 a.m., according to the alert, and authorities believed Braylon was in grave or immediate danger.

Beaumont police are still looking for Randall. She is a Black woman, around 5-foot-7, weighing 110 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, according to the alert.

Randall was last seen with Braylon around 11:15 a.m. in the 1900 block of College Street, police said. She was on foot and wearing a white shirt. Randall’s vehicle is a gray SUV with an unknown license plate number, officials said in the alert.

Beaumont is located in Jefferson County, about 85 miles east of Houston.
