Amber Alert issued for missing 2-year-old boy from Cincinnati

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 2-year-old boy from Cincinnati.

The alert was sent to mobile phones across Ohio.

Brandon Rozier Jr. was last seen earlier Thursday in North College Hill in Hamilton County, near Cincinnati. Brandon is described as wearing a black shirt. He has black hair and brown eyes.

There is a person of interest in his abduction, identified as Lucy Bullock. She is 22 years old, 5'3 inches tall, 135 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. The clothing she was last seen wearing was not identified.

Bullock is believed to be in a 2009 Saturn Vue with four doors. The vehicle has an Ohio license plate, JVU5960.

The circumstances of Brandon's disappearance were not released.
