Amber Alert issued after possible abduction near Goldenrod Road gas station
An Amber Alert was issued after a man possibly abducted a teenage girl Friday morning at a gas station near Goldenrod Road.
Orange County sheriff’s deputies released a video of the incident that shows the woman getting into a 2004 Toyota RAV4 with the Florida license plate, 504RXA. The rear passenger window is broken and there is a spare tire on the back.
The girl, about 16 years old, is described as being 5 1/4 u203206 1/4 u2032, 135 lbs., and having long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a baggy red shirt and athletic shorts.
The video shows the girl slowly get into the vehicle around 7 a.m. He later appears to force her back inside. A sheriff’s office spokesperson said the video, along with an eye witness account, prompted detectives to believe she was abducted.
