An 11-year-old girl last seen in Livingston, Texas, was found dead, police officials said

Audrii Cunningham's body was located at Trinty River on U.S. Highway 59, Polk County Sheriff's Office said on Feb. 20.

Polk County officials are preparing an arrest warrant charging Don Steven McDougal for capital murder in Audrii's death, District Attorney Shelly Sitton said.

Audrii Cunningham was last seen near her home, but officials report she never got on the school bus or reported to school.
