Amber Portwood Breakdown and Arrest Showcased On 'Teen Mom' Season Finale

Amber Portwood warned her psychiatrist that she felt like a "ticking time bomb," and on the season finale of "Teen Mom OG," that bomb explodes.

Portwood's arrest from 4th of July weekend is highlighted in the newest teaser for "Teen Mom," which appears to be the dramatic culmination of her difficulties with boyfriend, Andrew Glennon.

"I've been like, irritated over the smallest things," a concerned Portwood tells her mother, Tanya, in the teaser clip released by MTV.

The stars of "Teen Mom OG," including Portwood's ex, Gary Shirley, are then seeing listening to the audio of the 911 call that landed Portwood in jail on felony domestic violence charges.

"This has an impact on all of us," Shirley says before emotionally reacting to the news of his baby mama's arrest.

Shirley, who is a police officer now, was one of the first to offer messages of sympathy to Portwood in the aftermath of her arrest.

During last week's episode of "Teen Mom," Portwood's therapy sessions were featured, in which she explained to her therapist the building anger.

"“It’s just going to get to the point that I’m going to sabotage this relationship, which would be horrible,” she cried.

She added, "I just wish that I didn’t get freakin’ triggered so easily. It’s like a ticking time bomb.”

As we reported, Andrew Glennon has since moved out of the home he shared with the reality star, and he currently has primary custody of their 1-year-old child.

"Teen Mom OG" airs Monday night on MTV
