The only show left for 18-year-old ventriloquist Darci Lynne’s “My Lips Are Sealed (Except When They’re Not) Tour” is the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo’s Summer Concert Series on Aug. 25.

The singing star is one of the youngest winners of “America’s Got Talent” and the only female ventriloquist to take home the title.

Lynne won season 12 of the NBC talent competition show at age 12 and narrowly missed another win when she returned two years later for “America’s Got Talent: The Champions.” She received more votes for her final Season 12 performance than any other act in the history of the show.

Lynne reportedly got into ventriloquism after joining talent pageants at a young age to get over her shyness.

Within weeks of getting her first puppet, she began ventriloquy around her home state of Oklahoma and neighboring states.

“The stage is now a platform where Darci can open up and display her incredible talents for the world to see,” her website states. “Her polished, impeccable skill as a ventriloquist at such a young age is jaw dropping and sure to inspire the next generation to keep the craft alive, but when she sings, her voice leaves her audiences breathless.”

Since her AGT win, she’s returned as a guest performer several times.

Lynne also starred in her own NBC Christmas Special and has performed at the Grand Ole Opry and Caesar’s Palace. When tickets went up for sale at her first headliner in the 2018 national tour, the show sold out in six minutes.
