'American Idol' Fans Call Show 'Rigged' After Lady K's Controversial Top 7 Elimination, Say Singer Was 'Robbed'

Fans are not happy with the recent elimination on American Idol and are calling a flag on the play. Viewer favorite Lady K's run has come to an unexpected end after she wowed viewers repeatedly every week. She along with Emyrson Flora and Mike Parker were sent home.

This week, the top ten performers competed in Disney Night to move into the Top 7. Lady K performed 'How Far I'll Go' from the Disney film, Moana.

Flawless in execution, she delivered.

Mentored by celebrity choreographer Derek Hough, Lady K wowed the judges. Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan and Katy Perry sang her praises.

The audience, however, was not as impressed and Lady K did not procure enough votes to move forward.

Fans took to Twitter to discuss their disgust in Lady K’s elimination

“Justice for Lady K #AmericanIdol” a disgruntled fan wrote.

"Lady K was my girl… not sure how to feel about this :/ #AmericanIdol," added another .

Another fan tweeted, "#AmericanIdol LADY K WAS ROBBED."

In a post on Instagram, the singer told her fans that this is just the beginning.

She wrote,, “If I go,💫 there’s just no telling how far I’ll go 💙 Thank you America🌏This ain’t the last time y’all will see LadyK ✨, this is the beginning..! Just watch 🤩”
