The American Pickers are planning a trip to Florida in 2024. What are they looking for?

The American Pickers are coming to Florida in January and they are looking for people with unique items to show and sell.

Here's everything you need to know:

Who are the American Pickers?

American Pickers is a TV show on the History Channel that follows a group of experienced antique pickers as they travel across America finding unique vintage valuables.

The stars of the show are Mike Wolfe, his brother, Robbie Wolfe, and Danielle Colby.

After identifying leads, they'll meet up with antique and collectables owners and talk about the piece. If the Pickers feel like the piece has value, they'll make an offer to purchase it.

And of course, it all airs on TV!

What are the American Pickers looking for?

American Pickers has been on the air since 2010, so the Pickers have seen a lot of antique items.

This season, rusty gold pieces aren't going to cut it. They're looking for one-of-a-kind, large, extraordinary treasures.

If you have a collection of rare or historical items, that's even better.

Have the American Pickers been to Florida?

Yes. According to the Internet Movie Data Base (IMBD) website, in 2019 an American Pickers episode aired called "Freaky Florida". It was 41 minutes long and it included stops in Sarasota and Palm Beach.

The show was described this way by IMBD: In a freaky Florida town steeped with Carnival history, Mike gambles big on the mother lode of must-have Circus banners. Then they go to see Roger in Palm Beach, FL who has a collection of cars, bikes and firearms which Mike and Frank then look through and try to pick out a few bargains.
