This American rocker will perform in Peoria in July

PEORIA – Ted Nugent will be performing at the Peoria Civic Center Theater on July 29.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. June 9. They can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Civic Center box office, which is open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays.

Nugent, 74, has been performing since the early 1960s and has sold more than 40 million albums and performed in more than 6,500 live shows. His first three solo albums, "Ted Nugent" (1975), "Free-for-All" (1976) and "Cat Scratch Fever" (1977), were certified multiplatinum in the United States. His latest album, "Detroit Muscle," was released in 2022. Well-known hits include "Stranglehold" "Cat Scratch Fever," "High Enough," and "Fred Bear."
