Americans roll up sleeves for variant vaccine

Dozens of Americans are rolling up their sleeves for a third dose of COVID-19 vaccine; The lastest shots are tweaked to guard against a worrisome mutated version of the virus. (April 12)

NADINE ROUPHAEL: I mean, it's expected for the virus to continue to mutate. We don't know if every mutation will actually result on a decreased efficacy of the vaccine, but we know, at least, that this one isn't problematic.

COLE SMITH: Millions of people are getting vaccinated now, and now, that have this new strain coming out of South Africa and in England. So I just decided, why not?
