A day after settling a bombshell federal lawsuit filed in Manhattan by his ex girlfriend Cassie, Sean Combs was spotted in Miami Beach.

Paparazzi zoomed in on the embattled rapper at his $35 million Star Island mansion on Saturday. The 54 year old is seen in one photograph looking stressed, with his head in his hands, sitting on an outdoor couch. A woman, reportedly his longtime chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, sits beside him. Another shows him talking on the phone while walking the grounds by the pool at the immense waterfront property.

On Thursday, the rapper known by a number of names including Diddy, Puff Daddy and Love, was accused in court papers of repeatedly raping and physically abusing Cassie for nearly a decade while they dated on and off, starting in 2007.

The settlement was announced in a statement by Cassie’s attorney Douglas Wigdor, saying the exes had reached a deal “to their mutual satisfaction.”

In her own statement, the 37-year-old R&B entertainer (real name: Casandra Ventura) said: “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.”

Combs also said that the matter was resolved “amicably” and wished Cassie and her family “all the best.”

The music mogul’s attorney, Ben Brafman, originally said that Combs “vehemently” denied the explosive allegations, but added that the legal resolution was “in no way an admission of wrongdoing,” Page Six reported.

“Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”
