The Amount of Pus That Comes Out of This Guy's Blackheads Is Quite Frankly Horrifying

From Men's Health

• In a new Instagram video, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD-aka Dr. Pimple Popper-treats a patient with huge zits on their nose.
• Using her comedone extractor, she forces a shocking amount of pus from underneath the person's skin.

There are nose zits, and then there are NOSE ZITS. And the blemishes in Dr. Pimple Popper's newest Instagram video are definitely NOSE ZITS.

We seriously gasped when we watched the latest content from Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, the dermatologist and TLC star behind the famous Dr. Pimple Popper persona. In it, the recent Critics' Choice Award winner treats a patient with so much pus hiding beneath the surface of their nose, your jaw just might drop to the dang floor.

You just know the video is going to be extra-juicy from the look of the patient's nose. It's covered in bumps-which Lee has previously referred to as a "gold mine." With the aid of her trusty comedone extractor, Lee pushes shocking amounts of yellowy pus from the person's NOSE ZITS. Sometimes the pus comes out in a short, thick cylinder; other times it erupts like a bat out of hell in the form of a very long, very skinny string. Both formats are equally horrifying-and equally entrancing.

"Just grab the whole nose and squeeze!!!!!!😍😍😍😍" one commenter wrote. (Can you imagine what would shoot out? Lee would probably have to duck and cover.)

"omg looks like string cheese lol," another fan said. (We don't disagree.)
