The network broadcasting days of Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes’ might be behind them, but they’re all in on broadcasting TMI about their relationship — including what gets them going in the bedroom.

The ex-“GMA” co-anchors’ predilections came into play in the latest episode of their “Amy & T.J.” podcast, on which they were joined by OkCupid’s director of brand marketing, Michael Kaye.

“You both enjoy sex more than foreplay. You’re both super into post-workout sex and shower sex,” said Kaye, after the pair scored an 84% match on the dating site’s compatibility test. “They prefer cuffs over ropes. So, there was literally no question off limits in this test, which made it so much more fun. I feel like I’ve known you guys for years!”

“You know us better than my parents do,” Robach, 50, joked of the results — which the couple agreed did not surprise them.

The barrage of personal information comes after Robach and Holmes spent the bulk of last year keeping their relationship under the radar, until they went “Instagram official” in the fall and made their red carpet debut last month.

Robach credited the pair’s near-decade-long friendship with helping them to be vulnerable with each other.

“I let him see my quirks and he let me see his in a way that I don’t think you would do if you just started out dating,” she said on the podcast. “So, we actually maybe know too much about each other.”

The topic of jealousy though is something where the two don’t entirely see eye-to-eye. Robach appreciates jealousy, because feeling “that little bit of twinge … just reminds you how you feel about that person,” where 46-year-old Holmes prefers to rely on trust.

“I don’t worry about it, think about it at all,” he said. “If I see you out that window right there talking all flirty or whatever with anybody, knock yourself out! That’s my woman. She’s going home with me. Whatever I see there, whatever. I trust that I have to.”

The pair’s relationship first made headlines in late 2022 and promptly spurred a probe by network ABC, which ultimately severed ties with the anchors early last year.

Robach and Holmes — who maintain they separated from their respective spouses in the summer of 2022, before ever embarking on their own romance — each finalized their divorces last year. Their exes, Andrew Schue and Marilee Fiebig, are also now reportedly dating one another.
