Andy Dalton, the Cincinnati Bengals' starting quarterback from 2011 to 2019, made nine starts for the Dallas Cowboys in 2020 and six starts for the Chicago Bears in 2021.

He's made two starts this season for the New Orleans Saints as starter Jameis Winston deals with several fractures in his back.

Dalton's third start for the Saints comes against the Bengals - and he's facing his former team for the third time with a third team in three seasons.

Dan Hoard: 'Seeing Andy Dalton still slinging touchdown passes makes me smile'

Dalton, who turns 35 later this month, signed a one-year deal with the Saints in March.

Bengals safety Vonn Bell was fined $10,300 for taunting Dalton during the Bengals' Week 2 loss in Chicago. Dalton completed 9-of-11 attempts for 56 yards with a touchdown before leaving the game during the second quarter with a bone bruise. He did not play in six of the Bears' next seven games.

Dalton completed 16-of-23 for 185 passing yards and two touchdowns as the Cowboys routed the Bengals, 30-7, in Dec. 2020.

Dalton trails only Ken Anderson among Cincinnati's all-time leaders in passing yardage.
