Angelina County inmates clean up after pickup truck crashes into Zavalla City Hall

ZAVALLA, Texas (KETK) – The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office said a pickup truck crashed into Zavalla City Hall on Wednesday morning and an inmate work crew was brought in to help clean up the mess.

The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office and County Commissioner Kenneth Jeffrey responded to the crash and said no one was injured.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies took an Angelina County inmate work crew to the city hall to help clean up.

“The county will do all it can to help city hall recover from this unfortunate incident,” the Angelina County Sheriff’s Office said.
