  • A month after becoming legally single, former couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie officially have "no drama."

  • "They both knew they needed to move forward with their lives," an inside source recently told Entertainment Tonight, adding that the actors "have always been focused on what is best for the children."

  • Reports in April stated that Pitt and Jolie's divorce was being finalized.

Now that they are both legally single, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's relationship drama is finally settling down. An inside source divulged to Entertainment Tonight (ET) that the formerly married couple have moved on and are prioritizing their six children.

"They both knew they needed to move forward with their lives," an insider shared with ET. "There’s no more drama. All of the dust has settled. They are and have always been focused on what is best for the children." The source added that all of their children–Maddox, 17; Pax, 15; Zahara, 14; Shiloh, 12; and Knox and Vivienne, 10–will "continue to see Pitt several times during the week."

In April, a separate source explained to ET that because Jolie and Pitt worked on an agreeable custody schedule amongst themselves, it made a huge difference for the whole family. "The schedule has alleviated any of the planning pressures Brad and Angelina have faced in the past," said ET's source at the time. "Now the kids spend time with both their parents and are happy and thriving." The same insider added: "While they don't agree about everything, they rarely argue now. Brad and Angelina are now at a point where they can discuss their children's plans calmly."

The outlet's source added that Pitt is also focused on his career. Right now, he is in Cannes promoting Once Upon a Time in Hollywood with his co-stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie. The film, which was directed by Quentin Tarantino and features Al Pacino and Dakota Fanning, is out in theaters on July 26, 2019.

Jolie is equally as busy thanks to a starring role in the Disney sequel Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. Elle Fanning is reprising her role as Princess Aurora, while Michelle Pfeiffer joined the film as Queen Ingrith. The movie hits theaters Oct. 18, 2019.
