Angelina Jolie Holds Back Tears While Dropping Son Maddox Off at South Korean College

Angelina Jolie was trying to fight back tears while dropping off Maddox at school in South Korea.

A very emotional Angie was spotted by fans, and parents, as she dropped off her eldest son at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.

When asked in the video how long she would be staying in Seoul, Angelina grips her sunglasses and says, "I leave today, today is the day that I drop him off."

The "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" actress held her chest as as if she were about to burst into tears.

"I know, I'm trying not to cry," she said.

"Yes it's time, thank you very much, it seems like a great school," Angelina told the crowd.

"I'm sure you're all going to like it here," she added to Maddox.

Maddox's friend Richard Choi also posted a photo of himself with the beautiful actress writing, "Thank you miss Jolie for having a 40 seconds conversation with me! NEW VIDEO COMING SOON."

The friend then posted a very detailed video of the encounter to his personal YouTube page.

Choi said that he had a conversation with Jolie where she revealed that Maddox is studying bio engineering and that he was going to live in the dorms.

Yonsei University is a private research institution located in Seoul that was first established in 1885, with its current iteration opening its doors in 1957.

The university is part of South Korea’s three elite SKY universities and is regarded as one of the best in the country.

It doesn't look like Brad Pitt was part of the goodbye ... but he and Maddox have had a turbulent relationship over the years.
