ANN-MARGRET: This is an incredible night for me. When I think of all the things that I've done and I started when I was 18 years old. And now, I'm a lot older than that. But I still have a lot of energy and everything. But I'm so thankful. I feel so very blessed. So very blessed.

I think I was 21. That was the first thing that I wanted to get. And to see them so happy, finally. You know, they would always rent apartments and homes. For me to be able to give them that after all that they did. Daddy was an electrician and my mother was-- she was a mommy and a housewife. And they did everything they could. I had the greatest parents in the world.

One of the most important things to me is when I went to Vietnam in 1966 and 1968 for all my gentlemen. I carry that with me to this day. I love my guys so much. My gentleman.
