Annual Take Back the Night gathering set for April 21

Apr. 19—BEMIDJI — Take Back the Night will make its in-person and virtual return from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, on Bemidji State University's lakeside lawn and via Zoom.

, the gathering will focus on the theme, "Night of Healing," specifically as it relates to survivors of sexual violence.

Virtual attendance is available through registration for Earth Week 2022, during which Take Back the Night was planned. Earth Week registration can be found on

with a passcode being provided afterward.

Attendees will be able to view a welcome ceremony, drum circle and candlelight vigil, after which virtual streaming of the event will conclude around 7 p.m.
