PETOSKEY — The Crooked Tree Arts Center's Annual Youth Art Show opened in Petoskey on Saturday, March 18 and will be on display until May 4.

Artwork created by students in the Char-Em ISD, and homeschool students in Charlevoix and Emmet counties, fill the galleries — including photography, watercolor, painting, collage, ceramics, sculpture and more.

Organizers said the exhibition is made possible thanks to the efforts of area teachers.

“The opportunity for students to exhibit and see their work on display at Crooked Tree Arts Center gives them a sense of pride and ownership and motivates them for future creative projects," said Christina Zoerhoff, art teacher at the Concord Academy of Petoskey.
