Another Jersey Cash 5 winner in South Jersey? Where it was sold and how much it's worth

If luck really is a lady, she sure is spending a lot of time hanging out with Jersey Cash 5 players in South Jersey.

The New Jersey Lottery says another big-win ticket was sold in South Jersey recently. This time it was Burlington County and the winnings outpaced some of the more recent life-changing payouts.

A single ticket for the August 25 Jersey Cash 5 drawing matched the winning numbers, netting the player $295,627.

The player bought the ticket at ShopRite on Mount Holly Road in Burlington Township, according to the NJ Lottery. The store will collect $2,000 for selling the ticket.

And those winning numbers, just in case you're wondering if the Jersey Cash 5 ticket you bought while picking up some Jersey corn is the big winner: 04, 10, 22, 27, 30 with an XTRA number of 04.

Friday's win is just the latest for South Jersey.

Someone bought a winning ticket for the Aug. 21 Jersey Cash 5 drawing in Gloucester County, claiming $194,729.

And just three days before that, a $136,192 Jersey Cash 5 ticket was sold in Brigantine.

The Jersey Cash 5 lottery is drawn every night just before 11 p.m. Players select five numbers between 1 and 45. If no one wins the $1 drawing, the payout rolls over to the next day.
