Another six-figure Pa. lottery ticket sold in Bucks County. Check your numbers

For the 12th time in a year, a Pennsylvania Lottery ticket worth at least six figures has been sold in Bucks County.

The news comes nearly three weeks after two seven-figure winning lottery tickets were sold, in Warminster and Sellersville.

The latest big winner was sold at the Beer-A-Rama in the 200 block of the Levittown Parkway for the July 11 Cash 5 with Quick Cash. The ticket matched all five balls drawn — 4-14-16-22-27 — to win $150,000 less tax withholding. The store also earned a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Bucks County lottery retailers have experienced a lottery lucky streak that started last May after a Middletown chain convenience store sold the largest Mega Millions Jackpot prize in Pennsylvania history.

Six tickets worth at least $1 million and four tickets worth at least $100,000 have been sold in the county since January, according to Lottery data. The One Hope Mart in Warminster sold two of those tickets in March and again in April.

Another five scratch-off winners who live in Bucks County have won prizes of at least $100,000 so far this year, according to Lottery data. It is unknown if the tickets were bought in Bucks County.

Two scratch-off tickets sold in Bucks County this year were worth $5 million and $1 million.

None of the recent lottery winners have come close to last year’s Quick Pick Mega Millions ticket worth $516 million sold at a Middletown convenience store.

The ticket was claimed by a trust, which allowed the winners to circumvent Pennsylvania law which forbids lottery winners from remaining anonymous. The state requires winners who claim cash prizes to have their first name, last initial and the county where they live are published online.
