Ant Hill Mob’s bike show and dance, shipwreck presentation and more Manitowoc can’t-miss events this week

1. Dive in to the wonder of shipwrecks

The Wisconsin Maritime Museum’s latest exhibit is “Bringing Shipwrecks to Life,” which displays shipwrecks of the Great Lakes, including detailed photos and real artifacts from the wrecks.

Becky Kagan Schott, the underwater photographer whose work are in the show, will be at the museum from 1 to 3 p.m. April 30 to give more details about her work and freshwater shipwrecks.

2. Meet other bikers at Bike Show & Dance

Calling all motorcycle connoisseurs!

The Ant Hill Mob and Hoban Brothers are hosting a Motorcycles Bike Show & Dance at the Manitowoc County Expo Center, 7921 Expo Drive.

The bike show is 10 a.m.-9 p.m. April 29 and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. April 30. You can dance the night away from 7 p.m. until midnight April 29 with music from Glam Band and Smoke Road.

3. Celebrate Administrative Assistant’s Day

You don’t have to be an administrative assistant to have a great night out at Seehafer News’ Administrative Assistant’s Day Party.

There will be games with prizes, food, drinks, live music from Riley Haupt, and a chance to win $5,000.

The event is at BRIX, 939 S. Eighth St., starting at 4 p.m. April 26.

4. Have a laugh at open mic

We all have some stories from our past that could make for a good standup comedy routine, and now is your time to give it a shot!

Mikadow Theatre, 1118 Washington St., Manitowoc, is hosting an open mic night for comedy starting at 6 p.m. April 27. Concessions and drinks will be available throughout the night.

5. Listen to The Droors bring back the '60s

Rock out to the music of The Doors with The Droors at PetSkull Brewing, 1015 Buffalo St., Manitowoc.

This tribute band is based out of Sheboygan and will bring you hits from the ‘60s and ‘70s, such as “Riders on the Storm,” “Love Me Two Times,” “Light My Fire” and more.

They will be performing at PetSkull from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 29.
