Detectives from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) have detained the chairman of the Ternopil Regional Council, Mykhailo Holovko, and two members of the regional military-civilian administration, for accepting bribes, NABU reported on Telegram on June 26.

The detainees demanded UAH 1.8 million ($49,000) in exchange for signing work completion certificates, the agency said.
