In an attempt to teach people how to mitigate that, Dan Winslow of the New England Legal Foundation will be hosting a talk called "Civility in Politics: How to Disagree Without Being Disrespectful" at the Truro Public Library on Thursday, Sept. 21, at 6:30 p.m.

The Truro Public Library is located at 7 Standish Way in North Truro and the event is free to attend.
