Apartment Building Hit by Deadly Shelling in Sloviansk, Donetsk Oblast
At least one person was killed, and another injured, when an apartment block in Sloviansk was hit by Russian shelling late on September 12, Donetsk Oblast officials said.
Footage released on Tuesday by the Donetsk Regional State Administration shows a heavily damaged residential building.
“My apartment was on the second floor, there is nothing left,” one resident says in the footage.
