Vi at Bentley Village has started apartment selections for its new $92 million redevelopment that will bring the community four new buildings housing 64 luxurious Independent Living residences, each with beautiful lake and golf course views.

People who are interested in securing the apartment of their choice now are being asked to put down a ten percent fully refundable deposit on the entrance fee of their selected apartment. Those who proceed with the deposit between now and April 15, 2022 will receive Charter Pricing, which gives these depositors a five (5%) percent discount off the current entrance fee list price of their selected apartment.

The apartments in this phase of redevelopment at Bentley Village will feature five new, spacious floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 2,400 to 4,500 square feet. Scheduled to open in 2024, each of these units features a spacious, screened-in outdoor living balcony; semi-private elevator; great room with open kitchen, dining, and living space and high ceilings; den; luxurious bathrooms; and walk-in closets. In addition, each residence is appointed with two garage spaces for car parking and one additional space for golf cart parking.

The entrance fees for these new apartments start at $2.4 million and extend to over $4 million, depending on the floor plan and unit selected by the depositor. With construction expected to commence in the summer of 2022, this new phase of redevelopment at Bentley Village is anticipated to be completed over the summer of 2024.

Vi at Bentley Village also recently launched a $41 million redevelopment of its Skilled
