Apartments at Hillsborough shopping center will open Feb. 1
HILLSBOROUGH - The new apartment building in the Hillsborough Centre shopping center on Route 206 is expected to open on Feb. 1.
Pre-leasing activity has begun at The Franklin at Hillsborough, a 44-unit building in the corner of the shopping center between Red Bank Veterinary Hospital and Retro Fitness.
Rents start at $2,350 a month with an introductory offer of three months of free rent on a 12-month lease.
The one and two-bedroom apartments range in size from 1,000 to 1,300 square feet. The apartments feature large kitchens with islands, quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The apartments also have walk-in closets and private outdoor space.
Each apartment comes with one assigned outdoor parking space and select residences feature garage parking.
The apartments were developed by the Adoni Property Group, which also owns the 86,381-square-foot center. The center is also home to Wells Fargo, Starbucks, Chipotle and Patidar and other sgtores.
Coldwell Banker Realty’s Hillsborough/Montgomery Office and Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes are serving as the leasing and marketing agents.
