'View' hosts Meghan McCain and Joy Behar make peace after epic shouting match
Things between Meghan McCain and Joy Behar got tense on "The View," but it appears the two outspoken TV personalities have waved the white flag – at least for now.
McCain made light of their epic shouting match last week with a festive Instagram post Thursday. "We’ll fight again in 2019! Merry Christmas ya filthy animal," McCain wrote, quoting the iconic line from the "Home Alone."
In the picture, McCain and Behar are all smiles as they share an embrace in Christmas sweaters, a pair of reindeer ears and a cheery Santa hat.

The playful post comes more than a week after McCain and Behar butted heads during the show's on-air tribute to former president George H.W. Bush, who died Nov. 30 at age 94, when things turned political.
Longtime co-host Behar brought up Bush's concern for the environment, then seized the opportunity to rag on the nation's current leader, President Donald Trump.
"This president that we have now is trying to unravel everything that (Bush) did and Obama did," she asserted. "And if I ever become a one-issue voter, it will be about pollution and the greenhouse effect..."
Meghan McCain quickly interjected asking: "Can we focus on the president, please? I don't want to talk about Trump when we're in the moment of – we're honoring a great president."

"But I'm not interested in your one-issue voter when a president just passed," McCain continued. "I don't care what you're interested in. I'm talking," Behar fired back.
"Well, I don't care what you're interested in either, Joy" McCain said, raising her voice.
