Apple, Harry Winston, Coach, Hhgregg, Francesca's Holdings among big market movers Monday

Harry Winston Diamond Corp., up 62 cents at $15.08

Swatch Group AG, the Swiss watch maker, said that it will pay about $1 billion to acquire the Canadian watch and jewelry brand.

Flowers Foods Inc., up $2.39 at $27.22

Bankrupt snack maker Hostess Brands said that it selected bids by the rival bakery to buy six of its bread brands for $390 million.

Fifth & Pacific Companies Inc., up $1.47 at $14.31

Weaker sales at the clothing company's Juicy Couture brand hurt its fourth-quarter performance, but its 2012 revenue beat expectations.

Coach Inc., up $2.12 at $61.01

A Wedbush analyst said that a check at the luxury bag maker's stores found "strong sell-throughs" of some of its bags and clutches.

Hhgregg Inc., down 45 cents at $7.44

The electronics and appliance retailer posted disappointing forecasts for its fiscal third quarter and for the full year.

Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc., up 16 cents at $10.26

A Raymond James analyst upgraded the health care information technology company's stock to "Strong Buy," citing its new management.
