Applebee’s Is Mixing Up a $1 Long Island Iced Tea for the Entire Month of March
A new month offers a fresh start … and a new Applebee’s Neighborhood Drink of the Month. In February, we were sipping on the $1 Vodka Strawberry Lemonade, and now we have the DOLLAR L.I.T. to fuel our March!
The drink is a traditional Long Island Iced Tea, so you can expect quite the mix of booze. The 10-ounce mug is filled with vodka, rum, gin, tequila, triple sec, and sweet & sour topped with cola. Just to put that into perspective, that’s five different types of spirits blended together. And it’s only $1. This might be the cheapest way to get tipsy ever?

“With so much excitement this month — basketball brackets, St. Patrick’s Day, spring break — we wanted to give our guests a drink that will help them celebrate any and all occasions,” Patrick Kirk, vice president of beverage innovation at Applebee’s, said in a press release. “And for just $1 you can cheers with your friends, all day, every day.”
There’s no restrictions on when you can order the DOLLAR L.I.T. So if it’s noon and you feel like a cocktail, do it! It’ll be available through March 31 all day long, so enjoy responsibly and cheer the inexpensive cocktail!
