Apple's Emeryville, Berkeley Stores Temporarily Closed

ALAMEDA, CA — Shoppers planning to pop into the Apple Stores in Emeryville or Berkeley for last-minute Christmas gifts are out of luck. The stores, along with all California Apple stores, are closed.

Apple temporarily closed all 53 retail stores in California because of the coronavirus pandemic.

If you have a pre-scheduled appointment for an in-store pickup, a Genius Bar appointment, or a previously reserved one-on-one shopping session with a specialist, you will be able to visit the store through Tuesday.

All online services are available and most Apple products are available at Apple-authorized retailers, including Best Buy, Costco, and Target.
