"Glitz and Glamour in the White House," 1 p.m. Saturday, County Line Historical Society of Wayne/Holmes program at Shreve Presbyterian Church, 343 N. Market St., Shreve. Two local sisters, Julie Longacre and Kristi Long, enjoyed a trip to Antarctica last month.  It was Kristi’s 7th continent and she gave Julie the gift of this trip as a 50th bday present.  It was such an adventure!  Ice-camping and polar-dipping and dozens of whales.  Hope you’ll join us for desserts and stories this Saturday.
