Jurassic Wonder Dinosaur Drive-Through, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Ashland County Fairgrounds, 2042 Claremont Ave., Ashland. Cost is $12 per vehicle. Tickets can be purchased at jurassicwonder.com.

Victorian House Museum Songs of the Season, through Sunday, The Victorian House Museum, 484 Wooster Road, Millersburg. Extended hours for holiday decorations are 1-4 p.m. Thursday and 1-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The museum will close for the season Jan. 9-Feb. 28, reopening in March 1.

Fish Fry, 4-7 p.m. Saturday, 148 S Milton St., Smithville. A joint fundraiser to benefits the Green Township Community Preservation Society and the Zimmerman Bury Octagon House on their current preservation projects. There will be an auction table and 50/50 raffle. No reservations required, but message or email either nonprofit with the expected number attending.

Wayne County Rural Youth Square/Line Dance, 7-10 p.m. Saturday, Wayne County Fair Event Center, 199 Vanover St., Wooster. Lessons begin at 6:45 p.m. Open to the public. All ages welcome. No experience necessary. Admission is $5. Free refreshments.

Wayne Holmes Artist Exhibition, 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 12-Feb. 7, 237 S. Walnut St., Wooster. Wayne Center for the Arts is calling on the community of Wayne and Holmes counties to submit and share their works for the annual Wayne/Holmes County Artist Exhibition. The yearly showcase aims to present the talents of artists within the Wayne and Holmes counties in the Gault and Looney galleries in the form of a curated exhibit, which includes both judged and fan-voted awards.

Ashland Chautauqua book discussion, 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12. Virtual program will feature Jackie Cochran, a pilot, full of daring and always trying for a new record in flight in the mid-20th century. The book, "Jackie Cochran: Pilot in the Fastest Lane," is a biography written by Doris L. Rich. Chautauqua scholar Karen Vuranch will lead the discussion. Vuranch is a performer at Ashland Chautauqua’s summer events. She will portray Cochran in-person during the July event week of Ashland Chautauqua performances.
