Area officer indicted on OVI, weapons charges
An area officer arrested in Centerville last month was indicted Tuesday.
Patrick J. Bucci, 46, was indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury on charges of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, OVI and using weapons while intoxicated.
On Dec. 14 Centerville police pulled over Bucci for a traffic violation.

Dash camera video obtained by News Center 7 previously through a public records request shows the moments leading up to Bucci’s arrest.
In the video, Bucci can be heard telling police he was an officer with North Hampton Police Department.
“He’s got his gun on him. He can’t even talk straight at all. He’s got his gun on him. He’s an off-duty cop,” a Centerville officer radios into dispatchers.
He was taken into custody.
Bucci’s current status with North Hampton Police Department is not known.
