Victor Valley fired off 14 shots, including six shots on goal.

“It is great to witness the collective progress of the individual players and the incredible character of the team,” said Victor Valley head coach Fidel Gonzales. “There is a great love, a bond, trust, humility, accountability, respect, and admiration among them. And because of that, their game has gradually grown much sharper, more fluid, and more disciplined in their focus and execution.”

Aside from the three goals, Villalvazo also assisted on two goals.

Jo Jo Paez scored a goal with an assist; Johnny Guzman scored a goal with two assists; Tito Castillo scored a goal; Cilvestre Pineda, Edgar Ramos, and Allan Calderon each assisted on a goal; and Carlos Portillo had just one save in goal.

“The midfield duo of Jo Jo and Johnny have really come a long way to shape our game and connect our back line to the opportunity that exists among our forwards,” Gonzales said.
