PLATTE — Platte-Geddes won in straight sets to keep its perfect season alive on Monday night. Set scores were 25-12, 25-13 and 25-12.

Platte-Geddes (8-0): Karly VanDerWerff had 12 kills, seven digs and eight ace serves for the Black Panthers. Regan Hoffman had seven kills and 10 digs while Cadence Van Zee had 12 digs and eight ace serves. Avery DeVries added 23 assists and Hadley Hanson added nine digs.

Andes Central/Dakota Christian (1-6): Claire Johnson had 10 digs for the Thunder while Josie Brouwer had six digs. Allison Muckey added six digs and Lexie Vander Pol added two blocks defensively.

Mount Vernon/Plankinton 3, Redfield 0

PLANKINTON — Mount Vernon/Plankinton won its sixth match victory of the season in straight sets on Monday night. Set scores were 25-9, 25-22 and 29-17.

Mount Vernon/Plankinton (6-1): Maria Baker had 15 kills and three ace serves while Reagan Rus had seven kills and Devynn Nelson three ace serves. Shyla Tobin added 32 assists and three ace serves while Jocelyn Manzano added 26 digs.

Redfield (7-3): Gracie Fast had eight kills for the Pheasants. Camryn Rohlfs had 21 assists and six digs while Denae Paulsen also had six digs. Chelsea Smith added two blocks and two ace serves.
