Arena Dances annual 'Candy Box' Dance Festival will be live at Paikka

Jul. 8—Mathew Janczewski's Arena Dances returns to "highlight the diversity of the Twin Cities through movement and collaboration" at its fifth annual Candy Box Dance Festival from July 12 to 16.

There are evening performances featuring Viva la Pepa, HIJACK, Judith Holo Shuǐ Xiān and others, and Happy Hour performances with Annika Hansen and Abigail Whitmore, Body Watani, Borealis Dance Theatre, HoneyWorks and Slo Dance Company.

The gathering of performances, masterclasses and work-in-progress showings will take place at Paikka, 550 Vandalia St., St. Paul.
