Argentina's LGBT+ community takes part in Pride march

STORY: “Today we convene as we do every year to say enough murders of transvestites, enough of trans femicides and enough of trans homicides,' said a member of the trans community, Monica Aguirre.

During the march, members of the Argentine LGBT+ community chanted banners such as 'Enough of killing us' and 'Enough of trans homicides.'

Among the main demands, demonstrators' detailed request to include "trans femicide, and trans homicide" in the Penal Code, historical reparation to survivors of institutional violence, the application of the trans work quota, and awareness training for health personnel.
