Michelle Yeoh celebrated her recent Oscar win in London on Sunday and was joined by fellow actors Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo.
The “Everything Everywhere All at Once” star, who won the best actress award at this year’s Academy Awards on March 12, was spotted at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park hotel with Grande, Erivo and other celebrities, including Anya Taylor-Joy and Jon M. Chu.
Yeoh, Grande and Erivo all star in Chu’s upcoming film adaptation of the hit musical “Wicked.” Yeoh will play the role of headmistress Madame Morrible, while Grande will play Glinda the Good Witch and Erivo will play Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West.
Grande shared photos of herself and her “Wicked” co-stars via Instagram Stories on Sunday, writing, “We love you so much @michelleyeoh_official it hurts.” She also tagged Erivo and Chu.

Just like the musical, the film adaptation of “Wicked” will explore the lives of Glinda and Elphaba before Dorothy Gale appears in the magical land of Oz.
Part 1 of “Wicked” is scheduled to hit cinemas on Nov. 27, while Part 2 will premiere on Dec. 25, 2024. Other actors starring in the film adaptation include Jonathan Bailey (“Bridgerton”), Jeff Goldblum ("Thor: Ragnarok"), Keala Settle (“The Greatest Showman”) and Bowen Yang (“Fire Island”).
