Ariana Grande has bid adieu to her Hollywood Hills mansion, as it just sold for $14 million, nearly a year and a half after the singer purchased it.

Located in the heart of Los Angeles, this modern abode was built in 2018, and it boasts four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, across 10,094 square feet. And for those wondering—it is not the home where Grande got married this year (that was her Montecito abode).

Some amenities of the home include a formal dining area, a media lounge, a wine cellar that can hold up to 300 bottles of wine, an infinity pool with sweeping views of Los Angeles, and a chef’s kitchen, complete with Miele appliances and a black granite island. There’s also a sizable master suite with a walk-in closet and an accompanying bathroom with a shower, tub, and dual vanities.

When the home’s construction was completed in 2018, the pad was listed for a cool $25.5 million. Since then, the price has dropped several times, to $23 million, then to $19.5 million in 2019, and $17.5 million in 2020, until Grande bought it for $13.7 million that same year, as reported by Dirt.

It just so happens that Grande also owns the quarter-acre property next door to this mansion, which she purchased earlier this year for $8.9 million. The property includes a 748-square-foot cottage that was built in 1953, as well as a pool and patio.

Other Hollywood Hills residents include Keanu Reeves and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Aaron Kirman of Aaron Kirman Group represented Grande in the sale of this $14 million mansion, while Jacob Greene of Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.
