Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj went to sexy cycling class for their VMAs performance

Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj got a quick workout in during Sunday's MTV Music Video Awards. 

The pair performed Grande's song "Side to   Side," on which Minaj guests.

Their performance featured a entire row of cycling dancers, Grande herself perched atop a hot pink pommel horse, and a team of male dancers dressed in pink gymnastics uniforms.

The performance offers a kind of sneak preview of Grande and Minaj's official "Side to Side" music video, set to premiere after Sunday's show.
