Ariana Grande unveils hair transformation as she ditches iconic ponytail
Ariana Grande is very much known for her trademark look – even if you're not all that familiar with the singer, chances are you'll recognise the sleek, high ponytail she's nearly always wearing.
So her fans were given a very big surprise when the singer shared a photo of herself on Twitter with the words "get a load a dis".
In the photo, she is seen smiling away from the camera with her hair loose and in a cascade of curls.

Her fans were very excited to see a different side to Ariana, posting comments such as "Omg gorgeous!" and "YOUR HAIR IS JUST PERFECT".
And Ariana's mum Joan revealed that her daughter's curls are natural, as she commented on the photo: "Beyond stunning," and added: "Your natural hair/curls is a world of its own... a magnificent beauty you are inside and out/ made up or natural ... I love you..."
Ariana has certainly been keeping herself busy while in self-isolation, as not only has she been experimenting with her hair but she's also enjoyed a virtual reunion with her co-stars from teen sitcom Victorious.
Ariana, who played Cat Valentine on the show, gathered for a video chat on Instagram with former co-stars Victoria Justice, Leon Thomas III, Avan Jogia, Matt Bennett, Elizabeth Gillies, Daniella Monet and Eric Lange, as well as the show's creator Dan Schneider.
During the chat the group thanked fans for sticking by them over the last decade, with Victoria saying: "We love you guys. Thank you so much for supporting our show and after all these years, 10 years. This is absolutely insane."
Ariana herself later shared a screenshot of the group chat on Instagram, simply captioning it "happy".
Victorious aired between 2010 and 2013 on Nickelodeon and was followed by a spin-off for Ariana's character called Sam & Cat, which aired between 2013 and 2014.
