Ariana Grande's Wax Figure Is Bid "Thank U, Next" By Fans
Madame Tussauds in London has unveiled a new Ariana Grande waxwork.
Some fans are less than impressed with the new wax figure, and have taken to Twitter with some hilarious reactions.
Madame Tussauds announced that the figure will go on display in London for five weeks-so if you want to see fake Ariana up close, you better hurry.
Ariana Grande has arrived in London-in wax figure form, anyway.
Madame Tussauds unveiled a new Ariana figure in their London branch, but not all fans are onboard with the singer's new replica. It's undeniable that the waxwork doesn't look like an exact copy of the "thank u, next" singer. But as any wax figure fan knows, identical likenesses are hard to capture.
You chose Classic Ari!
Now we have her style nailed, you can see @ArianaGrande at Madame Tussauds London for 5 weeks from Friday 💁💕#MTLxAri #ArianaGrande pic.twitter.com/gnd58eCGhC- Madame Tussauds (@MadameTussauds) May 21, 2019
Fans have responded to the new wax figure on Twitter, and the general feeling is that... it doesn't look like Ariana, like, at all. Here, we round up some of the funniest reactions:
You're not alone.
Am I the only one who thinks Madame Tussaud’s did a bad job with their Ariana Grande Wax Figure?.... 🤔 pic.twitter.com/jztrCboqUx

I'm not crying; you're crying.
I've just seen the Ariana Grande wax figure and it is abysmal. Please save yourself tears and don't go looking for it.

Ariana's waxwork isn't the first wax figure to be met with multiple confused emojis by fans. Meghan Markle's wax figure at Madame Tussauds may have been closer to its inspiration, but Beyoncé's was less than lifelike.
According to The New York Times, Madame Tussauds even had to adjust Beyoncé's wax figure following criticism about the lack of resemblance to the musical icon. Whether or not Ariana's figure will undergo any changes following the backlash remains to be seen.
