Arkansas football adds transfers Marlon Crockett (Memphis) and Antonio Grier Jr. (USF)

Arkansas football added two transfers on Saturday, getting commitments from Memphis receiver Marlon Crockett and USF linebacker Antonio Grier Jr.

The 6-foot-4 Crockett, a native of Searcy, Arkansas, spent two seasons at Memphis. After redshirting his freshman year, he is not credited with any stats for the 2022 season with only one appearance. Crockett was a three-star recruit in the class of 2021 and was the No. 232 receiver and No. 15 player in the state of Arkansas.

Grier, a native of Atlanta, has been at South Florida for five years. He only played in four games this season due to injury, leaving him with one season of eligibility. He is a two-time All-AAC second-team selection in 2020 and 2021.

This season he recorded 21 tackles including 0.5 for a loss and has 203 tackles with 23.5 for a loss including 10 sacks in his career.
