FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas football plays its final home game of the 2022 season on Saturday against No. 14 Ole Miss.
The Razorbacks (5-5, 2-4 SEC) are on the cusp of bowl eligibility, needing one win to qualify for a postseason game. They, however, have lost their last two games, both at home. Ole Miss (8-2, 4-2) is coming off a close loss to No. 8 Alabama last Saturday.
Arkansas leads the all-time series 37-29-1, but Ole Miss won the most recent matchup in a wild finish. The Razorbacks scored to come within one point on the final play of the game, but a failed two-point conversion gave Ole Miss a 52-51 win. ESPN later declared the game the best of the 2021 season.
Arkansas and Ole Miss have a history of close games, with three contests in the last seven decided by one point.
